1 & 7 on Belair is an exclusive residential development currently underway in the heart of Constantia, Cape Town. Comprising a limited collection of six luxury homes, the project reflects our commitment to creating refined, design-led spaces that are both distinctive and deeply connected to their surroundings.
Set within one of Cape Town’s most established and sought-after neighbourhoods, the development has been carefully conceived to balance privacy, security and a strong sense of place.
